POLICY: PILA must give you a waybill number for tracking according to the shipper instruction where alternation from the sender or shipper is done. PILA take no responsibility of loss.
SHIPMENT: The content of the sender or shipper must be in accordance to the postal agency policy where the consignment does not fit in PILA has the responsibility of rejecting the consignment or stop delivery of the consignment.
The address of the receiver is complete including post code and telephone number and are written in the language of the country of destination or in English .
The consignment of the parcel given to PILA are properly packed to meet the normal handling and transport conditions habitual for the express transport sector
PILA or any other third party. Acting in its stead will have the right, but not the obligation, to inspects the nature or the contents of all shipments in particular by, but not limited to opening them.
Every shipment is subject to inspection but NOT the nature of the shipment.
Value is not accurately declared also PILA does not give insurance to goods at the moment but there is charges for insurance of goods
Tracking System:
The delivery of your package is fully tracked. Once it has been collected, it will be taken to ICT department , where it finds its way to the recipient’s address. This process is done a couple of times until your parcel is assigned to the specific driver for the final delivery.:
